Svekon is proud to announce that we have entered into an agreement with FMV to develop and deliver a new staff tent!
The procurement includes the design and production of a completely new tent. The first 300 tents have already been ordered and delivery to the Armed Forces will take place in the second quarter of 2025. We will cooperate with Tekonf AB to develop the new tent.
The new tents will replace the Armed Forces’ current Staff Tent 22. Some of the improvements are that the tents will, among other things, be fitted with inner floors and get a new, modern tent fabric. Heating of the tents will continue to be possible with a wood-burning stove.
We are very pleased that the procurement has been completed. We look forward to a good collaboration with FMV to develop and deliver the next generation of staff tents.
