Svekon’s Solutions

With a cross-functional team of experts from the Armed Forces, FMV, and the defence industry, Svekon addresses these challenges through tailored solutions that balance technological innovation with cost-effectiveness and sustainability. Our projects adhere to FMV’s established processes, ensuring that all deliveries meet the stringent requirements set for system objectives, operational commitments, and technical specifications.

Project Process

A typical project at Svekon follows a structured process from initial needs analysis (SRR) to final delivery, including steps such as concept generation, design reviews (PDR and CDR), and integrated logistics support (ILS). We place great emphasis on verification and validation (VoV) as well as system safety to guarantee that all systems are safe to use and meet all operational requirements.

Competencies and Expertise

Svekon assembles a broad range of professional competencies for each project, including project management, systems engineering, technical documentation, mechanical and electronic design, and procurement. This versatility ensures that we can manage all aspects of a project in-house, from conceptualisation to a fully operational solution.

Certifications, Processes, and Regulations

We follow FMV’s Operational Guidelines (VHL), based on ISO/IEC 15288, as well as other relevant standards and regulations such as RML (Regulations for Military Aviation) and Svekon’s own design handbook. This ensures that our solutions are not only technically reliable but also compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Administration and Support

Throughout the project, Svekon manages all necessary administration, including interactions with regulatory bodies, testing procedures, and subcontractor coordination. Our goal is to provide a seamless and efficient process from start to finish, ensuring that the customer receives a solution that meets their high standards and expectations.

By identifying and managing project risks early and implementing efficient project planning, we ensure that our deliveries not only meet but exceed expectations.
