AUTOMATION

In automation projects, many different skills are often needed to produce a machine where all parts work together. It’s everything from requirements management to design, programming, control engineering and documentation. We offer it all, separately or together. The machines that Svekon develops are CE marked and carefully documented. We write a complete documentation and also hold training on the machine for the customer

We have delivered automation machines in process, workshop and life science, all based on a requirement specification created in close collaboration with the customer and with the end-user in mind. After developing a concept and layout to suit the client, we work towards three key milestones – Design Review, FAT and SAT.

The design review takes place before the actual production starts, to ensure that we are on the right track. Under FAT – Factory Acceptance Test – we test the machine under production-like conditions in Svekon’s premises. Once the FAT is approved, the machine is sent to the customer. We also perform a so-called SAT – Site Acceptance Test -, where the machine is tested in the right environment. Once the SAT is approved, the machine is ready for use. All three sub-objectives are checked against the requirements specification established before the start of the project.

LIFE SCIENCE

LONG EXPERIENCE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF AUTOMATION MACHINES IN LIFE SCIENCE

Svekon has delivered numerous automation equipment to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. A typical project might involve developing a machine to manufacture a product in a certain number per minute or per day. We develop a concept and a layout that fits the customer’s premises and produces detailed solutions for production to take place. An automation project extends beyond the mechanics and can also include control and regulation technology and programming. This demands many different competencies and skills to obtain a machine where all the parts work together.

The machinery Svekon produces are all CE marked and carefully documented. We deliver a complete documentation and performs machine specific user education and training.

At Svekon, we have good knowledge of automation and are happy to help you with how you can implement it in your production line.”
